The desk staff was very helpful/welcoming. Our room was absolutely clean, and so comfortable. The distance from the hotel to the train station is reasonable (using public transport) The chambermaid tidied up our room daily, brought us fresh towels. We found also full shower gel/shampoo/Hand-wash dispensers include in the bathroom. Free WIFI was very helpful, as sometimes we didn't had good connection with our own mobiles providers.

Clean and nice. The room is small but we only needed to sleep so it was perfect. The window blinds make the room completely dark and that is really nice. The sound isolation is also very good. Nice design. Staff is very friendly. I also liked their sustainable initiatives (wooden room key cards, soap and shampoo in big dispensers, planting trees). The usb ports by the bed are really useful.

We are booking this branch at least once a year here when we are visiting my family/friends. The service is always impeccable, the staff members are always welcoming and friendly/helpful. The rooms are always very clean & comfortable, and soap/shampoo are provided. The location is very practical (close from bus stop/not far from the town center for a walk too) Great price for a short stay

The room is clean, but very budget, so for the money it’s quite ok. Breakfast was served at the Ibis hotel (next building). Breakfast was very good. Overall a good place for this price. If you are coming by car, do not park in the Ibis Budget car park (there is a charge). You can also park your car in the Ibis parking (next parking behind the building).

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I stayed 2 nights to visit friends and didn’t spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep. The room had two single beds and a bathroom. I was traveling with my small dog, for which I was charged 10CHF per night, which is absolutely fair! Close to the bus stop (5 mins walk). Breakfast was good.
